Sample Chinese Visa Type G Transit for Seaman / Seafarers |
Please take note that visa applications send by shipping agencies at the Chinese Embassy starting January 2013 will no longer be lodged in the visa counters. There is a drop box inside the Chinese Embassy which authorized representatives may drop their respective applications. In this regards, complete set of application with requirements as follows are strictly needed, otherwise incomplete requirements may cause refusal or delay of visa processing.
Requirements for G-transit visa for seafarers:
- Completely filled up application forms
- 1 pc 2x2 picture with white background
- Transit/G-type visa 1 to 10 days stay ¨C Invitation letter or Endorsement letter from the shipping company. Note: Only submit endorsement/guarantee letter from manning agency.
- Original Valid Passport
- Original Valid Seaman's Book
- Recent arrival stamp from the Philippine Immigration
- Photocopy of passport information page and emergency contact details
- Photocopy of information page of the seaman's book
Application hours is from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 12nn only, late applications may process their visa applications on another working day. Please be advised also that embassy has not allow any applications to be pulled out and be changed for processing once it has already been lodged.
