The Port of Zeebrugge (also referred to as the Port of Bruges-Zeebrugge or Bruges Seaport) is a large container, bulk cargo, new vehicles and passenger ferry terminal port in the municipality of Bruges, Flanders, Belgium, handling over 50 million tonnes of cargo annually.

Agent need to issue Letter of Invitation (LOI) addressed to Consulate General of Belgium in Manila


Visa will be processed by: Belgium Visa Centre in Manila

Visa Requirement for Filipino Seaman / Seafarer - OFF-signing / Repatriating Crew: Can be arranged by agent in Belgium

Usual Requirements for Exit Schengen Visa are as follows:

• copy of passport
• copy of SB
• copy of SB with clear date & stamp of last embarkation
• copy of contract
• port call list
• completely filled in application form (attachement)
• copy of old visa

IMPORTANT NOTE: Re-check ENTRY validity of issued Schengen Transit Visa. Seaman will not be allowed to board the flight if arrival at Schengen Country is before the Entry Validity.
