Garuda Indonesia (GA Airlines) - Passenger Guidelines Before Flight - Indonesian Government Passenger Regulations To Prevent COVID-19
Garuda Indonesia fully supports the implementation of the Government Regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19, therefore before your flight:
Referring to Government/Authority regulation, we require each passenger to complete the following documents:
A. Health Certificate (COVID-19 Free Result)
- Domestic Flight
- PCR Test with NEGATIVE resultsorRapid Test with NON-REACTIVE results, with avalidity period 14 daysat maximum upon departure;
- For areas that do not have facilities to conduct Rapid Test / PCR Test, please provide symptom-free certificate such as influenza issued by a hospital / community health centre doctors.
- For some destinations other additional / special requirements apply, detailed information in the table below.
- Electronic Health Alert Card
For those of you flying domestic flights within Indonesia are required to fill a Health Alert Card from the Indonesian Ministry of Health via E-HAC (Electronic Health Alert Card) that can be accessed on:

- International Flight (from other country to Indonesia)
- In accordance with government / authority regulations as explained in the table below
- PCR Test in Bahasa or English with NEGATIVE results with avalidity period 7 daysat maximum since published by health facilities.
(Passengers with flight transiting in Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK)) who cannot provide a negative PCR/Swab test result, will be allowed to fly from the origin country to enter Indonesia. However, upon arrival at CGK airport, the passenger must go through a PCR/Swab test & quarantine procedure by the local authority until a negative PCR result is issued before continuing their journey. Every person is eligible to travel as long as fulfilling the Health Certificate with a COVID-19 free result andthe required documents referring to the origin/destination policy on the following table.

| If the Passenger does not bring a COVID-19 free certificate / COVID-19 free letter has expired / COVID-19 free letter signed by a General Doctor without specifying a License Letter for Practice (SIP) or NIP for Government Doctors / Passengers having a history of COVID-19 symptoms (fever / cough / runny nose) during the last 14 days then on arrival in the Mimika Regency must undergo a repeat Rapid Test at the arrival terminal by Timika KKP officers at a cost of Rp. 600,000 / person with the cost borne by the passenger. If proven to be reactive, they will be isolated in a place provided by the Mimika Regency Government and scheduled to conduct a Swab / PCR test at its own expense, if positive COVID-19 maintenance costs are the responsibility of the Government. |

C. Convenient & Safe Travel Information
- Verification & Validation of COVID-19 Free Health Certificate
For Domestic flights, at some stations Passengers are required to go through a verification & validation process of a COVID-19 Free Health Certificate from the Local Port Health Office or local authorities during departure process. For flights from CGK Passengers must go through the verification & validation process of the CGK Port Health Office Counter at Gate 3 of the CGK Terminal 3 building. - Install PeduliLindungi App

- Wear Masks Onboard & in Airport Area
Every passenger is required to put on a mask at the airport and during flight. Garuda Indonesia also urges passengers to prepare their own masks as well as own personal hygiene kits according to their individual needs before the flight.
Passengers must prepare the copies of the required documents before arriving at the airport which will be reported and given to the Check-in Counter staff at the airport during Departure, original documents are kept by the Passengers.Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any errors or lack of required documents and has the right to cancel passenger flight.
