About the Pasig River Coordinating and Management Office - PRCMO
The Pasig River Coordinating and Management Office (PRCMO) was established under the DENR Central Office to ensure continuity of the plans and programs on the Pasig River System in line with the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program.
The Pasig River Coordinating and Management Office (PRCMO) was created through DENR Administrative Order No. 2020-02 signed by DENR Secretary Roy A. Cimatu on January 21, 2020.
PRCMO’s main thrust is to continue and enhance the plans and programs on the Pasig River System in line with the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program.
Our goal is to sustain the Pasig River System conducive for the propagation of aquatic life, transportation, and tourism.
About MMDA Pasig River Ferry Service
The Pasig River Ferry Service, operated by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, is the only water-based transportation in Metro Manila that cruises the Pasig River from Pinagbuhatan in Pasig City to Escolta in Manila City.
